Lawn is cut and edges trimmed, general yard clean up removing garbage, debris, foliage, and clippings from property. Apply spring fertilization. Other services may include, power raking, dethatching, gutter cleaning, and edging or other upon your request. 

Rototill defined area, clean up dead perennials, remove/pull new weeds if applicable. Rototilling loosens soil prior to planting and to keep pathways and nonplanted areas aerated during the growing season. 

First we'll determine if dethatching or a power rake is needed, if so, remove thatch from lawn using an attachment on lawn mower. Includes lawn cut and trim, general yard clean up removing garbage, debris, foliage and clippings from property.  Power raking and dethatching are two processes that work to solve the same problem, to remove thatch from the lawn.  Thatch is a layer between the grass and soil of interwoven accumulated dead and living grass. A little thatch can be good for your lawn but thick thatch can be problematic.

Snow clearing will be done after a snowfall for front only designated walkways, including town walkways, up to a 2-car length driveway (fits only two car max) and steps. Additional charges will apply for corner lots, larger driveways exceeding two car lengths and additional requests into the back yard and/or lane. Salting will be done each visit if deemed necessary and will not salt when ground temp is below -23
