• General visual inspection of approach(s), property, vehicles, building exteriors
• Security check of all doors and windows
• Check any lighting and security systems are operational 
• Visual inspection for signs of rodent or animal intrusion
• Visual inspection for signs of intruders or vandalism
• Visual garbage inspection
• Storm damage inspection
• Starting and changing position of vehicles
• Collect mail, flyers or newspaper
• Plant or garden watering
• Lawn care or Snow clearing (at an additional cost)

• Security check of all doors and windows
• Check any lighting and security systems are operational  
• Interior temperature monitoring, thermostat check
• Interior room by room inspection
• Visual inspection of major appliances (Fridge, Freezer) for operation
• Visual inspection for water leaks
• Visual operational inspection of sump, heating, water, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Written weekly reports (inspection checklist) provided 
• Report any incidents immediately (also to police and/or insurance company if applicable)
• Photo/video of any incident observations if required
• Alarm response or police contact

• Liaison with or contact for Real Estate Agent if applicable
